Merry M. Fountain practices in the area of personal injury and has had her own law firm for eighteen years. She is admitted to practice in Indiana, as well as both the Northern District and Southern District federal courts in Indiana. A graduate of Purdue University, Merry earned her J.D. and MBA from Indiana University. After working for two personal injury firms, Merry began her own personal injury practice—the Fountain Law Firm—as a solo practitioner in 1999. She primarily represents victims of auto collisions. Merry is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, Public Justice Foundation, and Indiana State Bar Association. “As your attorney, I promise to aggressively represent you. I am dedicated to helping injured people and their families” I know what you are going through now. Before becoming an attorney, I was injured in an auto collision. My hand was broken, and I experienced facial scarring and neck pain. Until you are a personal injury victim yourself, you have no idea how it can affect your life. After my collision, I worked hard to put myself through law school at night at Indiana University. Since becoming an attorney in 1997, I have helped individuals just like you obtain justice. I practice solely in the area of representing personal injury victims.
