Kena Hollingsworth is a founding partner of the dynamic family law firm HOLLINGSWORTH ROBERTS MEANS. In addition to her responsibilities as an owner, managing and marketing the law firm, Kena’s legal practice is 100% dedicated to divorce & family law. She handles all types of family law cases, including divorce and legal separation, child custody and visitation, child support, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, paternity, military divorce, and family law appeals, to name a few.

Juanita is a licensed attorney with over 16 years of experience in the areas of business law specializing in contracts. She obtained her JD/MBA from the University of Memphis and her BBA in Accounting from Tennessee State University. She is currently Assistant General Counsel to a publically-traded company and is licensed in the states of Tennessee and Indiana.

A graduate from Indiana University, Indianapolis School of Law (1976 Summa Cum Laude), Sam Jacobs has been a practitioner in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury since his graduation. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations; Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (Director); The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and The American Board of Trial Advocates. He has participated in numerous CLE programs as an author and speaker. He also serves as a court-appointed mediator in personal injury matters. Sam Jacobs is a lifelong resident of Indianapolis and for over thirty years, he has represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases and founded the Indianapolis law firm of Jacobs Law LLC.
