David Lutz has been a lifelong resident of Indiana. He currently lives with his wife and children in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He received his Associate’s Degree from Indiana University in 1986. He attended Law School at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio obtaining his degree of Juris Doctor in 1989. David Lutz returned to Indiana and worked for an insurance defense firm representing insurance companies and businesses in worker’s compensation litigation as well as personal injury litigation. After seven years he saw a large need for attorneys to represent injured workers. He left the firm and set up his current law practice in 1997.

Mark A. Metzger practices in the areas of insurance defense, litigation and personal injury. He was born in Mattoon, Illinois, on August 30, 1962. He earned his B.S. degree, with distinction, his M.P.A degree and J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University. Mr. Metzger was admitted to the bar in 1989. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and American (member, Insurance Law and Litigation sections) bar associations, the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and Defense Research Institute. He has tried over 120 jury trials to verdict as lead counsel. He has also been lead counsel in over 60 arbitrations. Mr. Metzger regularly serves as an arbitrator in matters related to his field of practice. Mr. Metzger also is a registered mediator, and regularly mediates civil cases. Tammy J. Meyer is an attorney with Metzger Rosta, LLP, where she practices in the areas of insurance defense and insurance coverage, including premises, trucking, products liability, drug and device, contract disputes, business litigation, and environmental insurance coverage. She earned her B.S. degree from Indiana Wesleyan where she graduated summa cum laude with a double major in political science and criminal justice. She earned her J.D. degree from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law where she graduated summa cum laude and number two in her class. She was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1989. ? She is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations, and is a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Foundations. She is a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, The Defense Research Institute, and the International Association of Defense Counsel. Ms. Meyer served as a faculty member during the 2019 IADC Trial Academy. She is an emeritus member and former President of the Indiana University Alumni Association and the Indiana University Executive Council. She has been a member of Claims Litigation Management, the Women Lawyers Alliance, the National Association of Professional Women, the National Association of Women Lawyers, the National Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues, the American Inns of Court, and the Litigation Trial Counsel of America. ? Ms. Meyer has served on the faculty of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and the Trial Advocacy Skills College of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum for a number of years. She had spoken throughout the United States and abroad for over twenty-five years on topics ranging from trial skills to insurance coverage issues. She has authored over seventy-five articles and law review articles over the years. ?
