I am managing partner at Wagner Reese, a firm focused on representing victims of catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death. Our clients are referred to us by community and business leaders, fellow attorneys, judges and opposing counsel. For a number of years, I’ve been named by my peers as one of the "Best Lawyers in American", one of the "Top 50" lawyers in the State of Indiana as recognized in Super Lawyers Magazine. Years ago, the Indianapolis Business Journal named me to the “Forty Under 40” list, and more recently, in 2019, The Indiana Lawyer named me as a "Distinguished Barrister". I love my job because I get to represent and serve ordinary people who are fighting against the odds. Usually, they have been seriously wronged, suffered devastating harm, and their backs are against the wall. We take great satisfaction in knowing that when we pursue justice by holding wrongdoers responsible for breaking safety rules, it makes the community safer for all.
