Trent was born in South Dakota and grew up in North Dakota. He is married with two children. Trent attended the University of Jamestown, graduating with a B.A. in History/Political Science in 2008. He joined the United States Navy as an Intelligence Analyst in 2010. During his active duty enlistment, he completed a M.S. in International Relations from Troy University. Currently, Trent is scheduled to graduate with a J.D. in 2019 from University of North Dakota School of Law. During the summer of 2017, he was a judicial clerk for Hon. Jay Carlson in Becker County, Minnesota. Trent has a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with complicated issues. As an Intelligence Analyst, he dealt with an every changing problem set and variables. Trent deployed with the USS NIMITZ in 2013 which supported Operation Enduring Freedom and was extended due to the crisis in Syria. He has continued his commitment to the country, in the Naval Reserves as an Intelligence Officer. When not involved in the office, Trent is an avid runner. Trent has completed 4 marathons, and 7 half marathons. Finally, Trent enjoys spending time with his family, and coaching youth athletics.

Mr. Barlow is a native Southeast Texan, born and raised in Beaumont. Along with his wife, son and daughter in law, he still lives in Southeast Texas, attending St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church in Beaumont. Mr. Barlow offers legal assistance with a high degree of professionalism and knowledge. He has represented citizens throughout Southeast Texas at both the trial level, and at the post-conviction level when prosecuted by the State of Texas in the state system. He has also assisted citizens throughout the Eastern District of Texas when prosecuted by the United States Government in the federal system. Mr. Barlow has served as local counsel for firms who are located out of the immediate area, and even located outside the state of Texas. A former prosecutor, Mr. Barlow knows "both sides of the fence." On occasion, Mr. Barlow is still called upon by various courts to serve as a Special Prosecutor when the elected prosecutor has recused himself.

John C. Bateman is dedicated to defending clients accused of DUI. John C. Bateman is a former Army JAG prosecutor, with experience prosecuting criminal conduct at courts-martial at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. John was also sworn as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and was tasked with trying civilian traffic offenses including DUI, DUS, and speeding tickets in federal district court. John also served with the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade (Airborne), a subordinate unit of the United States Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Since opening his own practice, John has aggressively fought to bring cutting edge DUI defense techniques to his clients. He earned his B.A. from Davidson College before attending the University of Richmond, where he earned his J.D.
