Nathaniel W. Bax (Nathan) is the managing partner of the ERISA and Insurance Law Division of the Foster Law Firm LLC. Mrs. Cassel is a partner and co-founder of Cassel & Cassel, P.A. She began her legal career practicing as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, Florida.
