Erik Tyler Barnard, born and raised in Miami, Florida, is passionate about Insurance Law. Nathaniel W. Bax (Nathan) is the managing partner of the ERISA and Insurance Law Division of the Foster Law Firm LLC. In his many years at Foster Law Firm, he has handled thousands of ERISA and insurance benefits claims, representing individuals from almost every state in the country.
