1025 State St, Bowling Green, KY 42101, USA

Tom began trying insurance defense cases almost immediately upon graduation from law school. He quickly developed a reputation as a trial lawyer, trying all types of cases ranging from automobile accidents, slip-and-falls, arsons, construction claims, and products liability. Tom’s reputation for relating to jurors encouraged other attorneys to refer clients with personal injury claims to him. Tom has successfully represented clients on both sides of the courtroom and sincerely believes that trying cases from both perspectives allows him to more thoroughly and objectively guide his clients through litigation. Tom’s experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, combined with his reputation for reasonableness, has lead to a successful practice as a mediator. Tom received an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell at a relatively young age and continues to hold this highest designation.
