Samuel A. Kamara joined the firm in 2003. Mr. Kamara practice concentration includes trial practice, federal litigation, fraud litigation and appellate practice. Mr. Kamara has extensive trial experience taking many favorable verdicts in no-fault matters and fraud claims. He has successfully litigated many federal court cases for our clients and he has also been awarded many successful arbitration and appellate decisions in various jurisdictions. Tom began trying insurance defense cases almost immediately upon graduation from law school. He quickly developed a reputation as a trial lawyer, trying all types of cases ranging from automobile accidents, slip-and-falls, arsons, construction claims, and products liability. Tom’s reputation for relating to jurors encouraged other attorneys to refer clients with personal injury claims to him. Tom has successfully represented clients on both sides of the courtroom and sincerely believes that trying cases from both perspectives allows him to more thoroughly and objectively guide his clients through litigation. Tom’s experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, combined with his reputation for reasonableness, has lead to a successful practice as a mediator. Mr. Kritzer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from SUNY Buffalo (1989), and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School (1992). He was admitted to practice in New York State in 1992, and he is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
