Kristina B. Pett (Tina) concentrates her litigation practice in the area of life, health and disability insurance, including ERISA and state law breach of contract and bad faith claims. Kathleen 'Katie' Rice is a partner in the firm’s Admiralty and Maritime, Insurance Defense, and Commercial Litigation practice areas. Ms. Rice is an experienced litigator with particular focus on all aspects of admiralty litigation in federal and state courts, including Jones Act and marine personal injury defense, vessel and cargo damage, charter disputes, collisions/allisions, shipowner’s limitation of liability, and marine insurance.
