Litigation Finance Patrick joined Therium in 2016 as Chief Investment Officer for the United States. Patrick is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer who has regularly taken cases through to trial and arbitral hearings, with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation (including international arbitration and other cross-border disputes), as well as trademark and patent disputes, trade secret theft, and regulatory investigations in a broad range of industries.
