Suzette Bagneris earned her legal degree in 1993 from Loyola Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. Robert B. Baker received his Bachelor of Arts from Ithaca College in 1986 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1989.
