He won a multi-million dollar verdict at trial in the first lender liability case in Pennsylvania to hold a commercial bank liable for breach of fiduciary duty to its borrower, a local real estate developer. David is a frequent lecturer to many legal and trade groups and, most recently, a guest lecturer to Columbia University?s Construction Engineering and Management Program. He has co-authored a book on New Jersey Trial Practice and has written numerous articles and other publications.
