Omid Johan Shirazi's practice focuses on federal, state, and international tax services for a range of clients, including domestic, international business entities, and individuals. He has advised clients on income tax treaty implications, FATCA and FBAR filing requirements. He has additionally worked on tax-efficient transactions and structures in the context of Federal and state inbound and outbound royalty, dividend, and interest payment. Jessica Byrd Thibodeaux was born and raised on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain in Slidell, Louisiana. She graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in December of 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Sociology. She then obtained her Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert School of Law in May of 2013. Jessica began her career at Bryson Law Firm, LLC – Lafayette in the Summer of 2013 and currently leads our New Orleans/Metairie offices.
