Mr. Clark is a sole practitioner in Reno, Nevada, where he practices exclusively in Trusts and Estates. He is the founding president of the Probate Bar Association of Washoe County and is the past president of the Estate Planning Council of Northern Nevada. He is the past Chairman of the State Bar of Nevada Probate and Trust Section, and serves on its Legislative Committee. Mike Ezzell is an attorney who has practiced law in Texas for over 35 years. He began his professional life as an engineer for Shell Oil. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston Law School, he became a licensed Patent Attorney for Shell Oil. He began his private law practice in San Antonio in 1980. Since that time, he has tried many jury trials throughout the state of Texas in state courts and in federal courts, and is licensed in the Western, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Texas. He has been Board Certified since 1986 in Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the State of Texas.
