Alexander Lecca (Alex) was born in Miami, Florida to immigrant parents from Cuba and Peru. Alex graduated from Coral Gables High School, where he was a recipient of the Elsa Glazer Award (given to students who graduate with a 3.5 GPA and above). He went on to study marketing at the University of Miami School of Business Administration. At the University of Miami he was also a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. After graduation, he went on to pursue a law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. In law school, Alex received several book awards and graduated Cum Laude. During law school Alex clerked for the Honorable Beth Bloom, had an internship with the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s office, and clerked for a prestigious litigation law firm. Alex is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Florida and handles workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. He is also a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. Alex is also fluent in Spanish. During his spare time, Alex enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and four children. He also helps coach his children’s baseball, football, basketball, and soccer teams. Alex and his family are parishioners of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.

Mr. Lopez received his B.A. from Leigh University in 1990 and went on to receive his J.D. from Rutgers University in 1993. He was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1994. Mr. Lopez is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Lopez is the founding partner of Stopper Lopez LLC. He leads the firm’s worker’s compensation and Social Security Disability practice. Mr. Lopez primary areas of practice include: Workplace accidents, Workplace harassment, Social Security, Municipal Court defense, and Gun owner rights. Mr. Lopez has limited the majority of his practice to those areas.

David Lutz has been a lifelong resident of Indiana. He currently lives with his wife and children in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He received his Associate’s Degree from Indiana University in 1986. He attended Law School at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio obtaining his degree of Juris Doctor in 1989. David Lutz returned to Indiana and worked for an insurance defense firm representing insurance companies and businesses in worker’s compensation litigation as well as personal injury litigation. After seven years he saw a large need for attorneys to represent injured workers. He left the firm and set up his current law practice in 1997.

Mr. Macerino handles worker's compensation matters, as well as civil service disability retirement pensions from the New York City, New York State and local retirement systems. He received his law degree from The Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College in New York, where he was a member of the Touro Law Mock Trial Team and received the CALI Award of Excellence in Contracts II. He studied in London, England at the London Institute where he focused his studied in the area of International and Comparative Law. Mr. Macerino received his bachelor of science degree in Business Management from Eastern University. He is member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
