Julio E. Martinez is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience in 1998. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate degree in 2007 from Pacific Coast University School of Law, graduating with distinction. Julio was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 2007, and he has been with Testan Law since 2009. He is the Managing Partner in the firm's Orange office and handles all aspects of Workers' Compensation defense. Julio is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County. Julio is also a member of national organizations such as The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and The Risk Management Society (RIMS). Christopher Mossallati received his Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2011 and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2015.
