Caroline currently handles all aspects of civil litigation at the Buzbee Law firm, including personal injury, wrongful death, eighteen wheeler accidents, commercial litigation disputes and maritime cases. Caroline has resolved claims for thousands of victims for personal injury and economic losses. Prior to joining the firm, Caroline clerked for the Honorable Joe J. Fisher for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Caroline also interned for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and worked for U.S. Congressman Jack Brooks while he served as the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. Caroline is licensed in Texas and admitted to practice in the Fifth Circuit and the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Caroline is a member of Texas Trial Lawyers and the Houston Bar Association.

Michelle Adams is an attorney with the Law Offices of Hoyt & Bryan and practices in the areas of Family Wealth and Legacy Counselling, including Trust and Estate Planning, Advance Directives, Special Needs Trusts, Probate and Trust Administration, Elder Law, as well as advanced estate tax planning for individuals with taxable estates.

Alicia joined Reese-Beisbier & Associates in August 2019. Alicia was excited to start her legal career with Reese-Beisbier & Associates to develop her skills as an advocate and litigator. Alicia has lived in Georgia since 2001. After a ten plus year career in Banking and Mortgage Lending, she graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University in 2011 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. After a few years volunteering as a court-appointed special advocate for children in DFCS care and working as a juvenile probation officer, Alicia decided to pursue her dream of being a lawyer. She graduated cum laude from Mercer University’s School of Law in 2019. While attending Mercer University’s School of Law, she interned with Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer’s Foundation, where she assisted survivors of domestic violence in obtaining protective orders against their abusers. Alicia also interned with the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office, Henry County Office of the Solicitor General, and Georgia Legal Services. Alicia is passionate about helping families and is excited to be an advocate.

Brad has worked with physicians, physician groups, and other medical service providers in developing ambulatory surgical centers, in-office and freestanding ancillary service facilities, and other medical joint ventures. He regularly counsels clients with respect to federal and state health care regulations that impact investments, transactions, and contract terms, including Medicare fraud and abuse, anti-trust, anti-kickback, anti-referral, and private securities laws. His extensive transactional experience includes preparing and negotiating corporate and commercial arrangements such as certificates of formation, bylaws, shareholder agreements, asset purchase agreements, physician employment agreements, recruitment agreements, and medical intellectual property mergers and acquisitions. He is also experienced in advising clients in private securities offerings, in compliance with state and federal laws.
