Lydia J. Sartain served for nine years as District Attorney of the Georgia Northeastern Judicial Circuit. She also served as Solicitor for the State Court of Hall County. I began my career as a public defender. In this capacity I was able to help many people who otherwise would have no help. Martin F. Kane, II (“Marty”) has been a member of McGrath and Kane, since September 1997. Marty’s areas of practice are complex domestic relations law and criminal defense.
