Dean has been assisting individuals and families with all types of Canadian immigration matters for over a decade. He has experience resolving complex matters involving refused applications, inadmissibility, procedural fairness, and out of status applicants. He regularly represents clients before the administrative tribunals of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and in Federal Court. Dean also works with employers and businesses to guide them through the process of obtaining positive Labour Market Impact Assessments, and he assists individuals to obtain work permits under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program and the International Mobility Program. Dean is Past Chair of the Manitoba Bar Association Immigration Law Section and Past President of the Community Legal Education Association. He is involved in the community by volunteering with other organizations such as the Newcomer Employment and Education Development Service. Dean immigrated to Canada from Hungary with his family in the 1990s. He knows firsthand the unique needs and challenges faced by immigrants and their families, and he considers it a privilege to be in a position to help.

Kevin's areas of practice include civil Plaintiff's representation in first party property, third party property, condominium law, personal injury, property damage and insurance coverage disputes. ? Kevin attended University of Miami School of Law. Throughout law school, Kevin interned in the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida in the Circuit Civil division. ? Kevin attended Florida International University where he earned a double major degree in Political Science and International relations. While attending Florida International University, Kevin made the Dean’s list every semester. Kevin later attended University of Miami School of Law where he was conferred the degree of Juris Doctor. While attending University of Miami School of Law, Kevin served as the Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the International and Comparative Law Review.

Orly Taber graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2014 with a full scholarship. During her years of study, she worked as a paralegal for a Trusts and Estates and Guardianship law practice in New York City. During her last year of law school, Orly worked as a law clerk for the law office of Ronald Spirn PC, which she concentrated in Elder Law and Trust and Estates. Upon graduating from law school, Orly worked as an associate until the year 2016 when she opened her own law firm. Orly lectures to vast and diverse populations, including seniors, on the importance of asset protection and long-term care planning. It is with great excitement that Orly joins David in a partnership concentrating in their respective areas of expertise. Orly is a proud mother of three and a loving wife to a school psychologist. She has a special relationship with her grandmother, parents, and five siblings. It is from these roots, that she found her passion which is the protection of family assets and preservation of legacy. Orly is an active member of her community as well as a board member of her synagogue and the youth chair responsible for programming for over 200 children and teens. Orly received a commendation from Assemblywoman Judy Griffin for her services on behalf of the West Hempstead community.

For more than 25 years, Jeff's practice has focused exclusively on representing victims injured by negligence and families who have lost loved ones due to the carelessness of others. During his professional career, Jeff has represented thousands of injured victims and families who have lost loved ones due to motor vehicle collisions, semi-tractor trailer collisions, motorcycle accidents, train/grade crossing collisions, slip, trip and fall occurrences and construction site fatalities. Jeff is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. Jeff has also been active in the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, where he has served as a frequent lecturer and author on current issues and new developments in personal injury/insurance litigation, including how-to handle uninsured and underinsured motorist cases, special issues in automobile cases and how to handle a Wrongful Death estate in Indiana. Jeff graduated from Indiana University and the Indiana University School of Law.

Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Tabor was first employed as a criminal prosecutor and subsequently as an assistant public defender where he conducted numerous hearings and trials, both bench and jury. Practicing on both sides of criminal law gave Mr. Tabor a unique perspective on analyzing factual scenarios in an objective manner. In 2000, he began practicing Family Law on a full time basis and has remained doing so ever since. In 2003 he founded Tabor Law Offices, and since that time he has become an experienced family law practitioner and mediator. Mr. Tabor has a proven, successful track record of both contested trials and custody mediations. He received his B.A. from Northern Illinois University, and his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago, in 1997.
