Julie Aleve Fine is an experienced trial attorney with over 50 jury trials in the State of Florida. Growing up as the daughter of two former criminal defense attorneys in Gainesville, Florida, Ms. Fine was drawn to litigation and began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Office of the State Attorney for the Eighth Judicial Circuit. She now enjoys practicing with her parents as the lead litigation attorney at Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano, P.A., focusing on personal injury cases. In the five years since joining the firm in 2016, Ms. Fine has obtained 10 civil jury verdicts; obtaining Florida’s 37th Highest Verdict for 2017 and one of Florida’s Top 50 Highest Verdicts in 2019. Ms. Fine has been selected by The National Trial Lawyers as “Top 40 Under 40” for Civil Plaintiff Lawyers for the past 5 years in a row. In March 2019 she obtained a jury verdict of over $1.4 million for a nonsurgical pedestrian case. In addition to her trial work, Ms. Fine has successfully argued multiple civil cases in front of the First District Court of Appeal as well as the Florida Supreme Court. Ms. Fine was appointed to the Florida Bar Civil Procedure Rules Committee in 2021, and proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Justice Association.

Kyle Bagen is an associate attorney with the Bagen Law Firm. As with all the attorneys in the firm, his practice area is limited exclusively to Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, with heavy emphasis on all types of motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, and truck accidents. Kyle was born and raised in north central Florida and is a graduate of Buchholz High School in Gainesville. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, and graduated from Barry University School of Law in Orlando. Prior to graduating from law school, Kyle spent several summers working as a law clerk for our firm. He also enjoyed a semester abroad in Spain, studying International Law and traveling throughout Europe. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the Alachua County Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, the Inns of Court, and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. Kyle is an avid motorcycle rider and has also had a lifelong interest in athletics, including basketball, football, and golf. He’s a past winner of the 8th Judicial Bar Association Golf Tournament. Kyle is a member of Super Lawyers, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, ATAA (Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys), APITLA (Association of Plaintiffs Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America), and the Florida Justice Association. As an attorney in our Litigation Department, Kyle helps accident victims through all the aspects of litigation, from filing the case in court through the discovery and mediation phases, and through trial, and has several large verdicts to his credit.

Ms. Fine was born in Orlando and raised in DeLand. She studied art at the University of Florida, she then graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She practiced with the firm of Watson, Folds, Steadham, Sproull, Christmann, & Brashear, P.A. She served as the Assistant Director of Legal Research & Writing at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She received the Recognition of Service Award from the Legal Panel of the ACLU of Florida. She is a former president of the Eighth Judicial Circuit section of the Florida Assoc. of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Florida Eighth Judicial Circuit of Bar Assoc. Ms. Fine is member of the personal injury law firm of Fine, Farkash, & Parlapiano, P.A., and a partner since 2008. She is a member of both The Bennett and Adkins, Inn of Court, where she is currently the President-elect. In 2022, she received the James L. Tomlinson Professionalism Award, the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Ass's premier honor.
