Robert Jason Squire

Rob Squire is the Managing Shareholder of the Florida offices of Resnick & Louis, P.C. He focuses his practice on complex tort litigation including premises liability, products liability, auto, medical malpractice, first party property and coverage, SIU, bad faith defense, bodily injury defense, automobile liability, construction defect, employment law, commercial litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, aviation, real estate and title defense and negligent security matters. He represents national retail, restaurant, and hospitality clients, as well as manufacturers, in a variety of diverse matters. Rob represents clients nationwide and has significant experience handling matters in federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate level. Rob works with several MGA’s, Underwriters and Lloyd’s syndicates on matters including insurance defense, construction defect and premises liability. <br> <br> Rob has handled logistics providers in bodily injury and cargo loss litigation, including large clients such as Macy’s, JC Penney’s, CEC Entertainment, Saks 5th Avenue, and Uber.
