Herb Santos, Jr.

Mr. Santos received his law degree from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1991. Mr. Santos is admitted to practice law in both Nevada (1991) and California (1992). He currently sits on the Board of Governors of the Nevada Association for Justice. Mr. Santos is also the Nevada Representative to the Republican Trial Lawyers Caucus of the American Association for Justice. Mr. Santos has been invited to lecture on various legal issues by the State Bar of Nevada, the National Judicial College, the Nevada Association for Justice and the Washoe County Bar Association. Mr. Santos has practiced in the area of personal injury and workers’ compensation since being admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1991. He has tried thousands of workers’ compensation hearings and appeals. Mr. Santos has also tried numerous arbitration, jury and bench trials. Mr. Santos has also met with members of the US Senate and Congress regarding issues affecting Nevadans.
