Brian Cali

Practicing since 1978, firm founder Cali concentrates on all aspects of Family Law, including divorce, separation, custody, adoption and representation of children in custody litigation throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania, including Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Wayne, Susquehanna, Sullivan, Bradford and Wyoming Counties. He has successfully argued before the Appellate Courts on family law matters, is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has been selected for the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list since 2009. In 2018, Cali was designated vice-chair of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, a 13-member independent agency under the Supreme Court’s jurisdiction. Attorney Cali also has a strong business background, holding undergraduate degrees in business administration and accounting. As a business owner himself, he understands the sound practical judgment required of business owners and advises his clients in all business matters whether related to a divorce or otherwise. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Lackawanna and American Bar Associations.
