Mr. Aquino graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts. His major field of study was Political Science with a concentration on International Relations. Mr. Aquino earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Aquino studied International Law at the University of Miami School of Law and Pompeu Gabra University in Barcelona, Spain. The University of San Diego, School of Law faculty recognized Mr. Aquino with a service award for providing over 100 hours of pro bono legal hours, both individually and through the pro bono tax assistance program provided by the IRS VITA Tax Assistance Program. Mr. Aquino earned a student license to practice while he was enrolled at the University of San Diego, School of Law. Mr. Aquino is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Nevada and California.
