Aaron Durden, Esq., has been licensed for more than thirty (30), years after attending Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1987. Shortly thereafter, Licensed in the States of Ohio, Michigan, and District of Columbia, Mr. Durden is a highly experienced trial attorney trained at the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers' College. with experience in practice areas of medical negligence, personal injury, workers compensation, wrongful death, and federal criminal cases. As a former U.S. Marine, Mr. Durden has for twenty (20) years represented veterans and their family members in Veteran's Disability claims, wherein he is licensed in the the United States Court of Veteran Appeals. Mr. Durden is also licensed in the federal jurisdictions of Southern District of Ohio, Eastern District of Michigan, United States District for the District of Columbia, 4th and 6th Circuits United States Courts of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
