Area of Practice: Alternative Dispute Resolution
Aaron Ogletree is an attorney, arbitrator, investigator and mediator. He serves as an arbitrator with leading alternative dispute resolution panels, including the American Arbitration Association-International Centre for Dispute Resolution and Court of Arbitration for Sport. He is admitted to the Ontario, Michigan, New York, England and Wales, District of Columbia, and (enrolled) New Zealand bars. He served as chair of the Canadian Bar Association National International Law Section.
He has been named by Super Lawyers as a Michigan Rising Star, 2025 recipient of the Elite Lawyer award, 2017-2018 recipient of the National Bar Association’s “40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocates” award, 2018 recipient of The Network Journal’s 40 Under Forty Achievers award, and named to the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation.
