Adam J. Kass has been a Partner at the Law Office of Peter C. Merani, PC. since 2019. Mr. Kass has been licensed to practice law in New York since 2004 and has been with the firm since 2007. He is a graduate of Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Mr. Kass holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York At Albany. Mr. Kass manages the Long Island Law Office for the firm and oversees the Arbitration Department within the office. He maintains and oversees all files involving Nassau and Suffolk County venues.
Mr. Kass is an experienced trial insurance litigator in first-party benefits successfully handling thousands of first-party benefits cases in the New York State Court system, Appellate courts as well as many arbitration forums. He regularly advises insurance companies in New York State on insurance law and regulations. Mr. Kass’ expertise include successful trial practice, appeals, briefing and motion drafting.
