Mr. Lewis was born in Clear Lake, Texas. He received his B.A. from Texas Tech University and then went on to receive his J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Mr. Lewis is admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions: State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Louisiana, United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas, United States District Court, Western District of Texas, and United States District Court, Northern District of Texas.
