Attorney Massengill has spent more than two decades strategically integrating with Human Resources and business executives delivering mission-critical legal advice and counseling in employment law. This guidance has occurred across a broad segment of industries including retail, insurance academia, research and development and commercial enterprises, and includes the full life cycle of employment in the workplace. Attorney Massengill is an Advisory Board Member to the American Employment Law Council, the nation’s premier organization of senior labor and employment attorneys practicing on the management side of employment law. She is also a member of the National Employment Law Council, an organization serving underrepresented women and minority attorneys working in in-house legal departments. Additionally, Attorney Massengill serves as a Board member for the Catholic Charities of Baltimore where she chairs the risk committee and is on the Board of Trustees of Phillips Academy, Andover MA. Attorney Massengill received her B.A. and J.D. from Boston College and her L.L.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center. Attorney Massengill is a proud graduate of Phillips Academy in Andover, MA where she was an inaugural inductee into the Athletics Hall of Honor.
