Alan Sklar is a principal in Sklar Williams PLLC, which he founded in 1995. He has practiced corporate, securities, real estate, and healthcare law since the 1980s and represented clients in numerous highly-publicized matters. Mr. Sklar is routinely recognized by national and local periodicals as a leader in his field, and is, or has previously been, a member of: the Boards of GBank Financial Holdings, Bank of George, many other for-profit concerns, Silver State ACO, and LA’s Shalhevet School; Bloomberg BusinessWeek’s Market Advisory Board, Battle Born Ventures (Nevada’s state VC fund) Advisory Board, ULI, and a committee of Penn’s Admissions Dept. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s College of Arts & Science (Summa Cum Laude) and School of Law (Morris Fellow, 1980-82), a member of Phi Beta Kappa and other honorary societies, and has published articles on a wide range of subjects for PLI and others. He is a member of the Nevada and California bars.
