Alejandro Acosta is a partner at Flores, Tawney & Acosta P.C, focusing on personal injury and employment law. Mr. Acosta is an accomplished trial and appellate lawyer. The cases he handles typically include on the job injuries, premises liability, auto collisions, dram shop liability, product liability, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, trucking cases, and wrongful deaths. He graduated in 2008, receiving his J.D. and his Indian Legal Certificate for his work in Indian Law and dealings with various tribal nations throughout Arizona. He was admitted and licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 2008 and in the State of New Mexico in 2011. Mr. Acosta is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of New Mexico and Western District of Texas.
