Mr. Aposotolou received his Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctor from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. In law school, Mr. Apostolou was ranked the top speaker in his class and was a recipient of both the Cook Scholarship and the North Carolina Bar Scholarship. Following law school, Mr. Apostolou served as an Assistant Solicitor for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Charleston County, SC, where he prosecuted in both General Sessions and Juvenile Courts. As a Solicitor, Mr. Apostolou focused on prosecuting violent crimes, gun-related offenses and juvenile offenses. In 2005, Mr. Apostolou entered private practice and opened his own firm, specializing in criminal defense and personal injury litigation. Since going into private practice, Mr. Apostolou has defended against charges of DUI, Drug Offenses, Murder, Attempted Murder, Burglary, Criminal Domestic Violence, and Crimes against Property. Mr. Apostolou has also successfully handled numerous personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slips and falls, workers' compensation, and wrongful death claims.
