Alex Cuello's practice concentrates on probate, trust, and guardianship administration and litigation, as well as estate planning. Mr. Cuello also administers probate matters involving Cuban nationals. He earned a Master of Laws in Elder Law from Stetson University, Law degree from St. Thomas University, B.A. degree from FIU, and A.A. degree from Miami-Dade College. Mr. Cuello is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Elder Law. He serves on the Executive Council of the Elder Law Section, is a member of the Elder Law Certification Committee, and teaches the court-approved professional guardian and family guardianship courses, and trial practice and appeals at Miami-Dade College.
