Alexander Hamilton Real Estate Law

Mr. Hamilton is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California; he received his degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin (BBA in Accounting, cum laude) and his law degree from University of Houston Law Center (J.D., cumlaude). Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Hamilton was a Certified Public Accountant with the accounting firm of Ernst & Whinney. In 2009, Mr. Hamilton was appointed by Hon. Mayor Gavin Newsom to serve on the Existing Building Efficiency Task Force for the City and County of San Francisco. Alexander Hamilton maintains a broad-based transactional business law and real estate practice. He handles a diverse collection of transactions, including entity formation and structuring, real property purchases, sales and exchanges, commercial leasing, construction contracts and disputes, investment in real estate and business ventures, workouts of troubled loans, restructuring of commercial leases, acquisitions of debt, “green” building, sustainable development and the formation and capitalization of business ventures.
