Alexander Wright grew up in Denver, Colorado and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado University in Boulder, Colorado in 1993. After college, Mr. Wright went on to attend law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego and during his time there, he made Dean’s Honors List and had various legal internships including the California Superior Court, the San Diego’s District Attorney’s Office and San Diego City Attorney’s Office. Mr. Wright’s accomplishments in law school led him to be honored with a Certificate of Apprenticeship for “outstanding and exemplary performance.” After passing the California Bar Exam, Alex began working for a boutique law firm in the San Diego area. After a while, Mr. Wright decided to move back to his hometown to be closer to his family, where he practiced for many years before making the move to open his own firm Wright Law Firm, LLC in Sterling, Colorado. Mr. Wright has many professional legal accomplishments including being named as one of the Top 100 Attorneys in Colorado by the National Trial Lawyers, one of the 10 Best Attorneys in Colorado for client service by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys and Attorney & Practice Magazine’s Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys. He also has been a member of many organizations in the community including 13th Judicial Bar Association (President), High Plains Sexual Assault Center, Sterling Citizens Advisory Board (Founder; Vice President), Logan County Chamber of Commerce (President twice), Logan County Economic Development Corporation (President), Colorado East Central Small Business Development Center Advisory Board, Logan County Republicans (Precinct Committee person; Second Vice Chairman, First Vice Chairman; Chairman), Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks (Presiding Justice), Sterling Kiwanis Club (President twice), Sterling Rotary Club (President twice), and First Plymouth Congregational Church (Worship & Arts Ministry; Vice-Chair & Chair).
