With over 33 years of civil litigation experience, Mr. Altopiedi concentrates in the areas of catastrophic injuries; construction accidents; medical malpractice; injuries and death from automobile accidents; products liability; premises liability; slip and fall; and workers' compensation claims. His firm also handles real estate matters, Wills and Estates, collection matters, business law and DUI defense. Mr. Altopiedi brings a unique background to serve his legal clients. In 1979, he received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from Villanova University. While working as an engineer, he attended the Delaware Law School of Widener University and received his law degree in December of 1983. Mr. Altopiedi is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and holds the designation of Realtor and Accredited Buyers' Representative. Mr. Altopiedi also holds insurance licenses in Pennsylvania in Title Insurance, Property and Casualty, and Life, Accident & Health. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. Mr. Altopiedi is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Delaware County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Delaware County Trial Lawyers' Association and the Justinian Society. Mr. Altopiedi is also admitted to practice in the District of Columbia; is a member of the Bar of the Federal Courts and is permitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. In the community, Mr. Altopiedi donates his time as a coach and sponsor of Youth Sports Programs. He is a member of the Sons of Italy and the Men of Malvern. He has been recognized in Philadelphia Magazine, Main Line Magazine and Brokers' Magazine. Mr. Altopiedi is also a recipient of the Historical Preservation Award for his efforts in maintaining the historic district in Marple Township.
