Mr. Benson obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota, where he also worked as a Commercial Truck Driver and Oilfield contractor. During law school, Mr. Benson was a member of the Gonzaga Law Review and authored several articles related to new developments in the law governing various types of contracts. After graduating law school from Gonzaga University School of Law, Mr. Benson worked for a civil litigation firm in Eastern Washington, where he gained significant courtroom experience in both state and federal courts. Mr. Benson’s unique legal and non-legal experience allows him to assist clients in an efficient and effective manner.
