Amanda was born into a family of New Yorkers and entrepreneurs who value family, hard work, loyalty and respect. From a young age, Amanda was taught to be kind, hustle, adapt and overcome obstacles to make her visions become her reality. She has always been an entrepreneur at heart.
Amanda has several years of litigation experience representing business owners, small and medium-sized businesses, and also million/billion-dollar corporations in various legal disputes including claims of negligence, breach of contract, general liability, commercial liability, and vicarious liability defense. On the transactional side, Amanda regularly advises corporate clients in various growing industries. Her transactional experience includes structuring partnerships, special purpose entity formation, joint venture agreements, negotiating business dispute settlements among members of companies, and much more. Amanda’s strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills and persuasiveness gives clients the confidence that they can trust Amanda to advocate on their behalf and meet their business needs.
In addition to practicing law, Amanda also has a passion for real estate. She is a majority shareholder of a real estate investment company. She has negotiated various real estate investment deals throughout Florida and in other states as well. Amanda’s personal experience in and ability to creatively structure real estate investment deals has allowed her to expand her legal practice to include commercial real estate investment transactions.
Amanda’s hobbies include exercising, meditation, star gazing, beach days with family and friends, traveling and watching football. She also loves animals and supports animal conservation.
