Wade has been a member of the California State Bar, the United States District Court for the Northern District, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Eastern District, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and has been a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Santa Clara County Bar Association. Mr. Wade graduated from the Rutgers University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. He specializes in civil litigation, conducting jury trials in complex cases and in helping individuals and businesses in every phase of their development. He has been practicing law for almost twenty years. He also has served as both a judge pro tem and an arbitrator for the Santa Clara County Superior Court, and has guest lectured at Stanford University. He also has represented clients in both commercial and serious personal injury cases. He has extensive expertise in conducting negotiations, and has negotiated multi-million dollar disputes, lawsuits and business contracts. Wade’s vast array of in-depth experience has also led him to become an expert in representing businesses and start-up companies, as he is cognizant of exactly what it takes to assist them in both achieving their fundraising goals and operating their businesses.
