Andrew H. Griffin III, a licensed California Attorney and Real Estate Broker, has dedicated his career to helping parties struggling with financial hardship. He is bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English. Since establishing the Law Offices of Andrew H. Griffin III, APC in 1983, our founding lawyer has assisted thousands of clients with effectively navigating the bankruptcy process and retaining their real property. Before turning the firm's focus to helping individuals and business owners with Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy, Andrew H. Griffin III earned his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, in 1982. He then went on to serve as an adjunct law professor at Thomas Jefferson Law School, teaching California Community Property, as well as becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1999. Andrew H. Griffin III is a member of the California Bar Association, San Diego Bar Association, Foothills Bar Association, and Realtor. He was invited by Bankruptcy Court judges to serve on committee to create Court's form Individual Chapter 11 Combined Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement and Instruction Sheet. In addition, he is a recipient of the San Diego Voluntary Lawyer Program outstanding services award.
