Andrew Rankin is a solo practitioner in Memphis, Tennessee, licensed since November 8, 2018. His practice is exclusive to immigration law. Mr. Rankin is very involved with the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (“AILA”) Midsouth Chapter. He serves as the Vice Liaison to the Memphis Immigration Court, is the point of contact for Parole-in-Place at the Memphis USCIS Office, and blasts near daily updates to his Chapter to keep Members abreast of current developments. Mr. Rankin is also a regular panelist at immigration law conferences, both for AILA and the Tennessee Bar Association (“TBA”). Additionally, Mr. Rankin contributes to two regular publications: the TBA Immigration Newsletter and case law updates in the Eleventh Circuit. Finally, Mr. Rankin maintains a pro bono presence, taking most DACA cases for no legal fee and serving as chairperson of the Board of Directors at a local nonprofit. Mr. Rankin graduated summa cum laude from The University of Memphis School of Law.
