Anne Essaye Real Estate Law

Anne practices real estate law, including the leasing and acquisition of commercial retail and office projects and the resolution of complex real estate disputes. She has represented developers, owners, lenders, and title insurance companies in a variety of real estate matters. Anne has over 20 years of legal experience and provides her clients with effective and efficient representation. Anne is an active member of the Charlotte community. She is past Chair of the Women’s Impact Fund, past Board Chair of The Learning Collaborative, and past Board Chair of the Charlotte Preschool Cooperative. She also has been a Board member of Tyler’s Treehouse, a coach for SEED 20, Social Venture Partners, and a founder of DVA Charlotte for the 2012 Democratic National Convention. Anne currently serves on the Board of the Young Black Leadership Alliance and on the governance committee of Catalist, a national nonprofit.
