Anthony A. Nozzolillo, Esq. is a seasoned attorney representing individual and corporate buyers, sellers, and lenders in both routine and complex residential and commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes residential and commercial real estate closings, commercial and residential leasing for both lessors and lessees, and mortgage refinancing. He represents national and local lenders in closings involving both first and second residential and commercial loans.
Mr. Nozzolillo serves as Chief Legal Counsel to On Point Land Services Corporation, a real estate title insurance company, and as General Counsel to Keen Settlement Services, Inc., a loan settlement company. Both companies are located in Merrick, Long Island, New York, where he acts as a trusted legal advisor and representative to ownership and management teams. He also serves as Of Counsel to the Litigation and Real Estate Departments of Turturro Law, P.C., a full-service law firm located in Staten Island, New York.
He is well versed in all aspects of landlord and tenant matters, as well as title and title insurance, and possesses extensive knowledge of real estate litigation and dispute resolution. His experience includes evictions, foreclosures, breach of contract disputes, escrow deposit disputes, title disputes including quiet title actions and notices of pendency, boundary line disputes, adverse possession claims, and breach of warranty of habitability matters.
Mr. Nozzolillo is a frequent guest speaker and instructor at realtor, mortgage broker, and real estate professional conventions. His speaking engagements focus on first-time homebuyers, leasing, landlord-tenant matters, and all facets of title insurance.
Although the primary focus of his practice is real estate law, and after operating his own private law practice for nearly a decade, Mr. Nozzolillo also provides additional legal services.
