He earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from SUNY Albany (School of Business) and a Juris Doctorate in Law from Hofstra University School of Law.
He is well versed in all aspects of Landlord/Tenant matters, as well as Title and Title Insurance and Real Estate Litigation.
Having run his own Private Law Practice for almost a decade, he also possesses vast knowledge of Civil Litigation; Civil Procedure; Legal Drafting; Legal Research, as well as Business Law, Contract Law, and Wills/ Trusts/ Estates.
Mr. Nozzolillo has over two decades of experience handling both residential and commercial real estate closing transactions; closing on primary; secondary; investment properties; vacant land; and vacation homes. He has represented Sponsors in the Sale of Condominium Units for newly constructed projects; and has worked with the Attorney General's Office so as to have Offering Plans filed for newly erected Condominium Buildings.
He frequently serves as Guest Speaker at various Real Estate and Mortgage Broker Conventions lecturing on all aspects of "First Time Home Buying" as well as Title Insurance.
His clientele have included celebrities such as the late Alan Colmes (Hannity and Colmes/ The Alan Colmes Show/FOX News Channel)and High Net Worth Investors.
Mr. Nozzolillo serves as Chief Legal Counsel to a Title Insurance Company, On Point Land Services Corporation, in Merrick, (Long Island) NY; General Counsel to KEEN Settlement Services, Inc. a Mortgage/Loan Closing Settlement Company and as Of Counsel to the Real Estate and Litigation Departments of Turturro Law, P.C., a Full Service NY Law Firm located in Staten Island.
He serves as the President of The Board of Managers of The Meridian Condominium, a 36 Unit, luxurious, water front Condominium located in Long Beach, LI. He is also Counsel to 70-80 Gibbons Boulevard Corporation, a Cooperative Building Complex located in Valley Stream, New York.
