Anthony Carbone has practiced law in New Jersey for almost 30 years. He understands the workings of the family courts, criminal courts, and civil trial courts of Hudson County. This familiarity with the court system and the tendencies of judges and prosecutors make him an effective advocate in all proceedings and negotiations. Attorney Carbone has defended criminal defense clients ranging from indictable crime charges to disorderly persons offenses. He has lectured to other attorneys on the practice of criminal law. He is a certified mediator, and he has been appointed by the court as an Early Settlement Panelist in divorce pretrial proceedings. He has served as president of and legal counsel to the local chapter of the Italian-American organization UNICO National. After obtaining his JD degree from Temple University and passing both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar exams, Attorney Carbone returned to his hometown of Jersey City, NJ, to begin his own law practice.
