Anthony E. Cascino, Jr. is the Founder and President of Cascino & Associates, P.C. Most recently he was President & CEO of Echelon Property & Casualty Insurance Company, and was a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.He is a frequent lecturer at seminars related to corporate in-house practice, insurance regulatory issues, the formation and use of captive insurers and the use, retention and direction of outside counsel. He has authored several articles on those subjects. . Mr. Cascino also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the MBA Program at the Moser College of Adult and Professional Studies at Benedictine University. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University, a JD from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a BA from Loyola University.
