Mr. Giuliano has extensive experience representing creditors, debtors, trustees and committees in all aspects of the bankruptcy process, as well as out of court insolvency matters. His areas of concentration include bankruptcy, reorganizations, debtor and creditor rights, and bankruptcy and trustee related litigation. Mr. Giulianos successes include the restructuring of some of the more prominent members of the Long Island business community but he takes equal pride in representing neighborhood businesses as well as individuals in Chapter 7 liquidation proceedings and Chapter 13 wage earner plans. He also represents landlords, secured creditors, creditor committees and individual creditors in all phases of bankruptcy process. Mr. Giuliano has over twenty years experience practicing law with a special emphasis on bankruptcy and insolvency related issues and has considerable litigation experience in bankruptcy and general commercial matters.
