Anthony G. Mango is a partner in the firm of Mango & Iacoviello, LLP. He represents corporations in business related matters, including deal negotiations, drafting contracts, advisement on legal issues related to operations, and corporate litigation. Mr. Mango also represents employers and employees in employment law matters, including all types of employment discrimination, severance package negotiations, and related matters. Additionally, Mr. Mango represents both brokers and investors in securities arbitration matters before the New York Stock Exchange and the NASD. Mr. Mango also works on real estate matters, both residential and commercial, including long-term lease negotiations for commercial space in New York City. Mr. Mango is a frequent lecturer as part of St. John’s University School of Law’s continuing legal education program. This program is presented bi-annually at St. John’s, where Mr. Mango lectures on the subject of employment litigation. Mr. Mango has taken part in topical discussions on employment issues. Mr. Mango was a panelist in an on-line discussion sponsored by Counsel Connect, entitled Texaco and the Science of Shredding, the transcript of which was published in the Legal Times (December 9, 1996). The discussion focused on the issues arising out of an employer’s destruction of documents prepared in the course of business, which could prove relevant in subsequent employment litigation. Mr. Mango is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA); New York State Bar Association (Labor and Employment); American Bar Association (Labor and Employment); New York County Lawyer's Association; and Columbian Lawyers Association (New York City).
