Mr. Rubenstein attended Toro Law School where he earned his Doctorate of Law and graduated at the top 3% of his class. With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Rubenstein is a partner at Alpert, Slobin & Rubenstein, LLP, a personal injury law firm that handles motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, as well as construction accidents. Mr. Rubenstein has been a member of Lawyers of Distinction since 2020.
