Ashley Murski is an associate attorney for partner John Van Ness. Ashley graduated from Houston Baptist University in 2010, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology.
While in law school, Ashley was named an Irene Merker Rosenberg Child Advocacy Senior Scholar. She received her juris doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2014. Ashley started with Lilly and Van Ness as a law clerk in 2013 and joined the firm as an associate attorney in November 2014. Ashley’s practice includes a broad spectrum of family law matters, including complex divorce litigation, child custody matters, adoptions, and premarital and postmarital agreements.
Ashley is an active member of the Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law Inn of Court, where she currently serves as a team leader. She is also a member of the Houston Bar Association and the HBA Family Law Section and was named a top lawyer by Houstonia Magazine in 2018.
