Ashley Maconeghy is a litigation attorney who primarily handles general liability defense, representing individuals and insurers in the defense of a variety of matters, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases. She has always been interested in problem solving for others.

While in law school, Ashley worked for two Federal judges focusing on civil procedure, including litigation relating to bad faith in insurance. After completing her education, Ashley relocated to the Atlanta area and worked for a firm where her practice focused on litigation related to personal injury as well as probate administration. Ashley has taught several CLEs on probate administration and was the co-chair for the Fiduciary Section of the Young Lawyers Division of the Georgia Bar from 2017-2018. She worked for a defense firm in Gwinnett County focusing on personal injuries related to car accidents and premises liability until joining Savell & Williams in May 2021. Ashley has successfully tried cases in many counties throughout Georgia.

Ashley is admitted to practice before all state courts in Georgia, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. She completed her undergraduate studies at King’s College, graduating summa cum laude with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Economics. Ashley then continued her studies at Syracuse University earning her Juris Doctor. She enjoys spending time with her family and lives in Lawrenceville with her husband and two children. Ashley and her husband are active members of Cross Pointe Church, in Duluth, Georgia
